iRoleplay

iRoleplay is a soft-skills training system that integrates inter-actors, participants, and live video role-play simulations for office and classroom settings.

Traditional role-play produces self-conscious results as participants play their roles in front of an audience. iRoleplay overcomes these issues by seeding the experience with trained inter-actors and delivering the role-play through live video feeds with electronic coaching.

Embedding trainable moments within a story context leads to greater emotional engagement, more accurately reflecting real-life experiences and thus leads to more effective training.
